Let me first say how pleased my wife and I are about Mazzei Orthodontics. This place is the best! I have 3 sons, and all three of them have/had braces. But Mazzei Orthodontics is by far the best place to get braces. My son is autistic and we did our research carefully and we chose Mazzei Orthodontics based upon several factors: Location, friendliness of staff, interaction with Dr. Mazzei, and my son’s orthodontic plan. The pricing is spot on with other orthodontic offices in the area (in my opinion). My son’s case was pretty severe (overbite and spacing). My wife and I knew this was going to be a challenge but we put our trust in Dr. Mazzei and her staff to give my son the best treatment and care possible. Wow, we were NOT let down by her talent, knowledge and professionalism. As a bonus, one of her assistant has an autistic child and it was very reassuring to know how to interact with my son. In a few days, my son’s treatment will be complete and I look forward to having Dr. Mazzei put braces on my wife’s teeth. Do yourself a favor and before you choose an orthodontic office, stop in and speak with Dr. Mazzei and let her tell you how she can put a big smile on someone’s face. I know she put one on my son’s face! Thank you Dr. Mazzei and staff for correcting my son’s teeth to look like a million dollar smile! Well worth every penny spent!!!!

The staff are very friendly and professional and they are very accommodating with appointment times so that they don’t interfere with his school schedule. The price is great and there is no hidden costs – you pay one price up front and it covers his braces, all the appointments, and one retainer. I am so pleased with the service and my son’s teeth are looking awesome – would recommend this as the best orthodontist in South Florida!

Having four kids in braces, I have had more experience with orthodontists then I care to admit. My first three were treated at a very popular practice in Boca. Because they were simultaneous, I did not know the end result until it was too late. The youngest of the three did not wear his retainer and had to have braces put on a second time. I knew I was not going back to the prior office. I began interviewing various local offices that many people knew and talked about. I went for consultations at four different offices and was beyond pleased and impressed with Dr. Leanne Mazzei. I loved her approach, her demeanor and her level of expertise. Her staff is just icing on the cake. When my youngest needed braces as well there was no question where I would be taking him. Today, his braces were removed and the outcome is fantastic. I would recommend Dr. Mazzei and her staff to everyone and to anyone. Great people, great office, great staff, great doctor
